The brand was launched in Singapore in 2023 and is intended to launch on a larger scale. Their marketing strategy focuses primarily on social media communities and offline channels. The industry itself is highly seasonal, aligning with the Singaporean school calendar.
Campaign Brief
The objective was to enter the SG market through digital ads, capitalising on the end of the 2024 back-to-school season. This would be the first time such a campaign had been run.
Our Solution
We developed a structured strategy that allows them to prioritise the sales of School Bags:
- Utilise Google Search Ads & Performance Max alongside Meta Ads
- Structured the campaign with dedicated product categories
- Approaching with a full-funnel strategy to target an audience who never heard about Tiger Family Singapore before and retarget the ones that already interacted with them
Results
We achieved a strong result for their first-time digital ads campaign:
- Increase in sales by 10.5x on Dec 2024 vs Dec 2023
- Surpassed the projected Return on Ad Spent by 44%
